Esko Kongsberg i-XP24CPrint & Display(P&D) has just installed a Esko Kongsberg i-XP24C high speed production table at its manufacturing centre located in Tallaght, Dublin 24.The company which is a leading supplier of in-store POS marketing solutions is also one of the countries top providers to the Outdoor and Large Format Digital markets.
The Esko Kongsberg i-XP24C, which was purchased from the Reprocentre, also came with automatic feeding to allow it to be a true production machine.

“This table will dramatically increase P&D’s finishing capability while at the same time eliminating the requirement for cutting forms. Apart from its corrugated applications, the Kongsberg i-XP24C has the capability to rout and/or cut acrylics, reboard type materials and aluminium signs.”
The Kongsberg i-XP provides the ability to run jobs from a single unit to a full scale production with up to a 1000 units in a day. Esko maintain that the throughput delivered by its Kongsberg i-XP represents a new standard for digital finishing by highlighting the fact that no other cutting table on the market can even compete particularly for corrugated short run digital finishing where it says the Kongsberg i-XP24C now challenges the throughput on manual clam shell die cutters.
