Canon to exhibit the new ProStream press at Hunkeler Innovationdays in Lucerne
Canon Europe is launching the Océ ProStream, its next generation continuous feed colour inkjet press on 17 February 2017.
The ProStream combines the best features of Canon’s existing high-performance inkjet technologies with new innovations to take high-speed inkjet to the next level of colour output quality and media versatility.
This creates valuable new opportunities for many print service providers (PSPs) by enhancing their capability to deliver high-value variable content applications such as premium direct mail and marketing collateral, personalised catalogues, brochures and books.

Xerox have made two new appointments which will become effective on 1 January 2017. They are Andrew Morrison as Managing Director for the U.K. and Ireland, and Herve Tessler as President of International Operations. Both men have long standing experience behind them.

InPrint visitors to explore profitable can printing solutions with Tonejet
According to Tonejet, they are the only manufacturer of advanced electro-static drop-on-demand digital print engines. They announce on 11 October that it will exhibit at InPrint, Milan (15-17th November), stand D35. Live at the show, Tonejet will demonstrate how through the use of its Digital 2-piece Can Decorator, industrial print and drinks producers can directly print to cans which have been fully converted to a necked can, for short to medium print runs, profitably.
