Vista System International has acquired GreenSquare, a young Australian flat modular sign system manufacturer and distributor. As a leading manufacturer of modular curved frame technology (MCFT), Vista’s strategic acquisition will allow it to offer the international sign industry both curved and flat signage solutions. It has a sales and distribution facility in Arklow, Co Wicklow, Ireland.
GreenSquare, founded in 2010, produces and supplies its domestic and foreign markets with state-of-the-art flat modular sign systems. It offers flat sign frames that accept inserts of many materials and widths due to the companies’ latest smart insert technology, including the unique GreenSquare Float design. Of particular interest is that all its products can be tweaked and designed to match nearly every need.
Vista System will unveil GreenSquare’s flat modular signage products at the ISA International Sign Expo 2012 during March 22nd-24th in Orlando, Florida (booth 1280). In addition, 1,500 samples of the new flat signs will be handed out at no charge to ISA participants.
