AdeleAdele, a singer songwriter out on her own
I assume, by now, most of you have heard of the outstanding Adele. The 23 year old singer-songwriter has topped the charts repeatedly with her most recent, show-stopping album 21. It’s all easy for her of course, having written her debut album 19 when she was just nineteen years old. Her music is soulful and filled with meaning; she writes about heartbreak and finding new love.
She performed her amazing single Someone Like You, to a full audience at the Brit Awards earlier this year, her powerfully emotional voice leaving jaws on the floor all over the world. She is known by songs such as Rolling in the Deep, and Set Fire to the Rain. All of her songs can be found on YouTube. I have no doubt Adele will continue to rise through the charts in the near future.
