Some of the world’s largest brand owners will attend The Carton Conference, organised by BPIF Cartons at London’s Business Design Centre on October 3 - 4. It will also be attended by leading UK multiple retailers.

BPIF logoBPIF logoRegistration for the conference, which has been open for a few weeks, has seen delegates from a number of global brands pledge their commitment to attend. The list includes representatives from Coty, Kellogg, L’Oreal, Mars, Nestlé, Twinings, Thorntons and United Biscuits – to name the largest. As well as these brand owners, delegates are expected from some of the most prestigious names in UK food retailing including Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Waitrose.

BPIF say they are very pleased with the attendees pledged so far and expect further companies to add their names to the list in the coming weeks.

Robert Davison, BPIF Carton’s Chairman, said, “The Carton Conference is expected to provide an unmatched networking opportunity and will be relevant to anyone with an interest in cartons – from suppliers to packaging specifiers. This interest in the conference reflects an exciting time for the carton sector particularly as the environment is at the forefront of many brand-owners’ minds. The conference will showcase the latest developments in materials and print effects which make them a natural choice for any brand owner.”

The Carton Conference enjoys a strong link with the easyFairs Packaging Innovations exhibition which immediately follows the conference. Robert went onto say, “This link basically means delegates get two worthwhile events under the same roof at the same time. Anyone wishing to attend can register their details on the website.”
