Adobe presentation at SDUK 2015Sign & Digital UK, the UK’s leading trade exhibition for the sign making, display solutions and digital printing industry, takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 19 to 21 April 2016.
The show, which is 10 per cent larger than in 2015, will see more than 200 suppliers showcasing everything from wide format printers, sign and print consumables, display systems and soft signage through to inks, promotional products, print finishing equipment and new for this 2016 – digital signage.

Here is a preview of the many product launches and prize giveaways you can expect to see at this year’s event.
Agfa Graphics
Agfa Graphics will feature the Jeti Mira 2716 HS with Primer and RTR option on stand F30. The Jeti Mira, a 6-colour and white UV-inkjet true flatbed printing system with optional varnish or primer, is one of Agfa Graphics’ newest UV-inkjet solutions. It will be the first time the Jeti Mira has appeared at a major UK exhibition since its launch in 2015.
Antalis
Antalis will showcase new products from Drytac Europe on stand L20, including the full range of printable Polar™ Self-Adhesive Vinyls. The range of fully printable films now includes Polar Monomeric printable matched component systems (MCS) films, Polar Polymeric films, Polar Cast PVC films, Polar HiGrab (super aggressive, high-tack adhesive) films and Polar SurfaceTac (low-tack adhesive) films.
Artworktool
Artworktool - a free online designer, which lets users create print-ready designs for signs and digital prints, will launch on stand J44.
HP seminar at SDUK 2015Atech Ltd
Atech Limited will be launching a number of new products on stand F14, including two new Neschen Laminators. The two models are the Neschen Coldlam 1650 and Hotlam 1650 TH – both running at up to an incredible 12m per minute.
AXZYRA
AXZYRA will be launching its new range of innovative flatbeds at Sign & Digital 2016. The Apache range of multi-purpose flatbed printers has the flexibility to print not only flat vibrant colour graphics, but textures, small objects and even components, using its unique UV cure resin ink technology, varnishes and primers.
Blackman & White

Specialist British large format cutter manufacturer Blackman & White will be exhibiting its 1.6m Versa-Tech model on stand G10, a versatile cutter with a multi-head feature that makes it a popular choice for accuracy, reliability and flexibility.
Boxlights
Boxlights will launch its range of bespoke cardboard light boxes with energy efficient LED light sources on stand L56. With multiple functions and uses, Boxlights are not only a bespoke sign but can be made into a unique piece of art.
Bright Green Technology

Bright Green Technology has extended its range of LED lighting systems for lightboxes, adding a new module for illuminating double-sided boxes. The new range will be demonstrated on stand J22.
Canon
Canon will be exhibiting the NEW Océ Arizona 1280 GT UV flatbed printer. The true flatbed architecture of the new series has been designed to deliver the most flexible platform in wide format printing, providing superior image quality, ease of use and a wide range of application opportunities.
Caslon
Caslon will showcase its two new models to the FoilTech range of Digital Foil Fusing machines, the FT-22 and the FT-22F. These will be available to see on stand C38. These new models are based on the successful FT-12 and FT-12F machines, but have the capability of running two foil colours at the same time, thereby increasing productivity.
Colourgen
Colourgen will be presenting a brand new range of Mutoh large format sign and display printers, as well as a new garment printer. The Mutoh ValueJet 1638X (64”) and ValueJet 1624X (64”) printers incorporate high performance micro piezo head technology. The Mutoh VJ- 405GT, Mutoh’s first ever direct-to-garment printer has been specifically developed for direct printing on t-shirts, caps, canvas bags, shoes and more.
CMYUK
Visitors to the CMYUK stand (J10) will be offered an exciting, immersive and interactive look into the world of complete applications, with printers in action, video walls and the chance to join fitters working on live sample installations.
CSI Manufacturing Ltd
CSI Manufacturing Ltd will launch its partnership with Kern Laser Systems on stand K52. Kern Laser Systems have appointed CSI Manufacturing Ltd as official distributors for their range of large format lasers in the UK and Ireland.
D&K Europe
D&K Europe will launch its latest innovation on stand C14, the Neptune B3 laminator. Neptune is based on the award winning Europa B2 Laminator, which is now approaching 300 installations.
Doro Tape
Doro Tape will showcase its new ArtWrap Framing System on stand C60. The new ArtWrap system, which can also be used for mounting paper prints, delivers a professional finish to any artwork or photograph.
Emo Neon
Emo Neon will launch its new product, Profile 30, on stand F54. The Profile 30 range consists of high quality, full acrylic ultra thin letters, which are only 30 mm deep.
Epson
There will be live demonstrations of Epson’s three new professional 64-inch SureColor SC-S large-format printers – the 10-colour SC-S80600, the high speed CMYK x 2 SC-S60600 and the 4-colour SC-S40600 – highlighting exceptional print quality on even the cheapest monomeric vinyl and best use of Epson’s new formulation UltraChrome GS3 inkset including red, white and metallic for accurate and consistent corporate colour match signage.
Graphic Printing Technologies
Graphic Printing Technologies will showcase the very latest printers from Mimaki and HP. The 90sqm stand will be divided into specialist ‘zones’, which will comprise of Mimaki, HP and Applications. In the Mimaki Zone, GPT will be showing the extensive range of Mimaki solvent and UV-Cure printers, including the JFX-200, JV150 and CJV 150 ranges. Also from Mimaki will be the new UJF 7151plus A1 printer, as well as the existing range of A3 and A2 UV-cure systems for printing to 3D products.
Hexis UK Ltd
Hexis will be showcasing a wide range of new products from its four key divisions on stand G60 – sign, digital, automotive and textile.

Hybrid Services will debut the Mimaki UJV55-320 roll-to-roll LED UV printer on stand E10. With a number of intuitive features that enable high quality output at production volumes, the UJV55-320 uses Mimaki’s latest flexible LED UV inkset to produce banners, backlit and point of sale graphics at up to 3.2m wide.
Inktec/Jetrix
Inktec/Jetrix will launch its first LED UV printer on stand H20. Building on all the technology, stability, precision and design familiar with the existing JETRIX printers, the JETRIX LX5 heralds the arrival of the first LED UV printer from InkTec.

Innotech will launch its new product on stand H52 – Spike by ikeGPS. Innotech is the official reseller of Spike products in the UK. Visitors to the stand will be able to see live demos of Spike by ikeGPS, which is a smart laser measurement solution for sign and graphics professionals.
I-Sub Digital Ltd
I-Sub Digital Ltd will be hosting the UK debut of four new solutions for the market on stand F10– the Dgen Hexa pigment printer, the Mimaki TS300P dye-sublimation printer, the Digi-Foil DF Pro semi-automatic foil applicator and the Zünd ARC (Automatic Router Bit Changer).
ITC Ltd
Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) will introduce its new Folio Product Catalogue on stand E50 that is packed with new product lines including a range of balanced cutting tools for high speed spindles on routing machines and cutting tables.
Josero
Josero has confirmed an exclusive dealership with Prague based COMAGRAV for the distribution of its COMAGRAV DIGI cutting table in the UK and Ireland. The COMAGRAV DIGI is COMAGRAV’s leading industrial flatbed large format digital cutter, designed for cutting an array of materials. It will be launched at the show where visitors will be able to see the cutter in action on stand F40.
KIP
KIP will debut its KIP 800 Colour Series on stand L30. The KIP 800 Colour Series provides a comprehensive solution for a range of wide format printing tasks that require the highest levels of quality and performance.
Leopold
Leopold is the official UK distributor for Colex, which will be launching its SharpCut flatbed cutter on stand G40. The SharpCut 3232 is Colex’s most productive solution for automated finishing of wide format media of 3m x 3m and textile applications.
Mid West Displays

Mid West Displays will launch its new Puzzle range of multi pocket LED poster displays on stand E42, which allow customers to combine different paper sizes and orientations on the same set of cables.
MTEX
MTEX will be celebrating a year of outstanding growth and innovation by showcasing one of its five new models launched during 2015 – the high speed version of its world leading MTEX 5032 printer. It will be the first UK appearance for the MTEX 5032HS on stand C10, which is suitable for pigment and disperse inks, as well as soft signage and interiors.
Papergraphics
Papergraphics will be showcasing its full range of wide-format printing solutions across four stands at Sign & Digital UK. Live demonstrations will take place, alongside the unveiling of two new products for the home and interiors market.
Perfect Colours
Perfect Colours has announced that it will now carry the GoTx range of fabric printers and the Esko Kongsberg flat-bed cutting series in the UK, both of which will be demonstrated stand D10.
Roland DG
Roland DG will be hosting a wide range of informative presentations on stand H30. These will include daily live product demonstrations of the newly launched Roland DG TrueVIS VG print and cut series, as well as an informative seminar in the Business Theatre, which will advise wide format eco-solvent printer owners how to maintain their machine for optimal life-span and production results.
Visitors to Sign & Digital UK will also be offered the opportunity to add the latest piece of industry technology to their business by entering Roland DG’s Scratch and Win prize draw, with a chance to win a choice of the TrueVIS VG-640 print and cut device or the SOLJET EJ-640 printer, as well as many other exciting prizes.
ShimmerDisc Sequin Displays
ShimmerDisc Sequin Displays will launch its new product on stand K12. Shimmerdisc displays are made up of over 5,000 sequins per square metre and each disc is individually printed, creating pixel-perfect images.
Signwaves
Visitors to the show will be able to experience Signwaves’ exciting new range of products, including the Polyester Canvas Adfresco Café Barrier, Sightmaster 3 and Pow! Sign. In addition, Signwaves has made many modifications since last year’s show. These include acquiring a new marketing department, transforming its sales team, improving its customer service and loyalty schemes, in addition to adding a selection of innovative products to its growing range.
Soyang Europe
Digitally printable media manufacturer and distributor Soyang Europe will be on stand A10 where it will introduce its new collection of interior decoration materials. These will be showcased alongside Soyang’s substantial textile, signage and graphics ranges suitable for printing with sublimation, solvent, UV and latex technologies.
Swanline Paper & Board
Swanline Paper & Board, the recently launched materials division of Swanline Print Ltd, will make its debut with a new range of sustainable substrates on stand H54.
Tecna Display
Tecna Display will be showing its brand new T3 Affinity system on stand H66. The new system enables the building of a host of structural systems for hanging or displaying graphics and products using T3 Affinity beams and posts. These include walling, retail displays, interactive retail points, pop-up shops, perimeter signage, information points, walk-in booths, shell schemes, room dividers, shelving systems and more.
Thinklaser Ltd
Thinklaser will showcase two new additions to its Lightblade range of laser cutting and engraving systems on stand L52 – Lightblade 4060 and Lightblade 1610.
Trotec
Trotec will present a new laser engraver, The Speedy 360, on stand G50. Developed with productivity, flexibility and usability in mind, the innovative Speedy 360 has been designed to incorporate a brand new focus mode featuring Sonar TechnologyTM.
