Antalis expands successful programme of workshops in 2016.
Antalis UK has been running a series of workshops for printers looking to expand their knowledge of new applications and opportunities. These have been developed to now include achieving consistent colour, static control in digital print and large format applications targeted at print service providers (PSPs), looking to expand their knowledge of new technology. The aim is to provide these companies with additional understanding of how they work and explore opportunities to enable them to extend their services and increase revenue streams.
Following on from what Antalis deemed as a very successful 2015, where ‘sold-out workshops’ were delivered in seven locations across the UK, this year sees a programme of 12 workshops with the promise of more as the year progresses.
Commenting on the programme Giles Bristow, Digital Support Manager for Antalis said:
“This year’s workshops seek to offer print service providers an opportunity to not only learn new skills to develop their businesses, such as the Introduction to the Large Format Market, Printers and Applications Workshop on 28th January but also to improve efficiency of their current operations”.
Bristow added:
“Improving efficiency is clearly a theme in our Introduction to Static Control in Digital Print on 25th February which is aimed at anyone interested in gaining a greater understanding of the issues that static electricity can cause in Digital Print and furthermore solutions to prevent static affecting quality and productivity and operator shocks.”
Colour Management, an area of huge importance to PSP’s and Brand Owners and Managers, is a key area of activity and is represented in five of the 12 workshops and included in the new Efi Fiery XF Rip Training workshop on 17th February.
All workshops are tutored by independent experts in their respective fields and a maximum of only eight attendees on each workshop ensure that these days are cost effective and in the long term profitable for print service providers.
Places on the workshops are extremely limited. For more information or to book your place on one of the seminars, go to www.digital2business.co.uk/digital-academy/ or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
