Life sciences Company, Malin, raises €330m through its IPO on the ISE.
Malin Corporation PLC (Malin), the Irish-based global life sciences company, has raised €330million from international investors as part of its initial public offering (IPO) on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). It is one of the largest life science IPOs ever to take place in Europe.
Malin has been admitted exclusively to the Enterprise Securities Market (ESM) and will trade under the ticker MLC.

Michael Cullen, CEO of Investec Ireland (Investec), has been appointed a non-executive director of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). Strong demand for Irish shares during 2014.
The very strong demand for Irish shares that has been evident during 2014 continued into Q4, according to new statistics published today by the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
Over 1.1m equity trades were recorded during the quarter, bringing the total for 2014 to 4.5m – an increase of 30% on 2014 and a new record high.
The statistics published today also show that over €300m was raised by ISE listed companies in Q4, bringing the total for the year to €1.3bn.
