Irish Stock Exchange wins No.1 slot in Great Place to Work Awards.

Irish Stock Exchange Irish Stock Exchange Would you like a great place to work? Well, look no further as the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) has won Best Medium Workplace in Ireland in the Great Place to Work 2016 Awards (for organisations with between 100 and 300 employees).

Deirdre Somers, the ISE’s CEO, said,

“We are thrilled to have won this award. The Irish Stock Exchange is a very special place to work and that is down to the people that work in it. I'm delighted that all of their hard work, and the strong positive culture that we have developed, has been recognised."

It was ranked in the Top 50 Great Places to Work Europe in 2015 and also won a Great Place to Work “Inspiring" Award at the event the same year.

Somers added

“as a business, the Irish Stock Exchange is the #1 stock exchange globally for listing bonds and investment funds. We are lucky to have a dynamic, highly professional workforce and place great emphasis on ensuring our staff feels part of our success. We have increased our employee numbers by 10 per cent over the last year and we anticipate further recruitment to facilitate growth.”
