The Mimaki JV300 in the new machine of choice for CoverUp

CoverUp are a printing company based in Clondalkin and Sandyford, Dublin.  One of their machines is a Mimaki CJV30-130 and they wanted to upgrade.  Their research brought them straight back to Mimaki.  They bought a JV300 solvent printer.

The recent Reprocentre purchase creates new Irish group capable of taking on the muti-nationals.

Graphic & Paper Merchants Ireland (GPMI) has purchased Reprocentre, one of Ireland’s largest suppliers of printing equipment and supplies. The bolt-on acquisition has been well received by the general print market here and is considered to be one of the largest investments made by an Irish company in the paper/sign & digital print industry here for many years. The combined turnover of the new group is approximately €40m, supplying a diverse range of products to the signage, digital, plastic, paper and hardware/service market sectors.

The first Irish order for the new Mimaki UJV55-320 grand-format, roll-to-roll, UV printer was placed by Dublin-based W.C. O’Brien Sign & Print Ltd during the recent Sign & Digital UK exhibition.

Company doubles print capacity in €100K deal with Ricoh Ireland.

Irish Printer of the Year, Plus Print has invested in an advanced digital production print press from Ricoh, the Ricoh Pro C7100X. The new machine was purchased to help the company double its print capacity and increase digital output by 40 per cent.

IQ (Image Quest as it is formally known) Group - Dublin based smart visual solutions company – recently added a Mimaki CG-160FXII and JV300-160 to its portfolio of printing hardware through authorised Mimaki reseller, Reprocentre, and the company is delighted with the investment.

The investment involved the installation of Ricoh’s most advanced production print press in Anglo Printers’ Drogheda, Co. Louth, premises.
