This year’s Heimtextil (10-13th January 2017) will see J-Teck3, a global provider of sublimation inks, showcase the extensive textile applications achievable with its vast portfolio of digital inks.
Making its European debut is the company’s recently launched J-Cube PNF series. Comprising four high-density colours - Cyan Extra, Magenta Extra, Yellow Extra and Black Extra - the new inks offer high-quality coverage and are specifically engineered for Panasonic print heads. As fast-drying inks tailored for uncoated and thin sublimation papers, they enable textile printers to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
“Digital printing is becoming increasingly important in the textile industry where colour, durability and rapid turnaround times are essential,” says Luca Guggiari, J-Teck3’s Brand R&D Manager. “Heimtextil is a great platform to introduce our next generation ink to the textile market. Our high-performance portfolio offers textile printers accelerated time-to-market thanks to its quick-drying capabilities. This is crucial to securing profitable growth and helps textile manufacturers to maintain their competitive edge.”
- Also on display will be the company’s best-selling J-Cube range, which comprises a vast gamut of shades including vivid fluorescents and various shades of black. This range equips textile companies with superior colour combinations and the capability to produce premium textile products. Developed using the company’s unique Cluster Technology, which involves ink molecules, consolidated into clusters, passing through the piezo print heads without alteration, J -Cube enables supreme printability, fast-drying and high quality image definition. It is fully-compatible with printers equipped with Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Panasonic print heads and available for either transfer or direct-to-fabric printing.
- The company will also display its popular J-Lux series which is specially engineered with extreme sun and light resistance; the ideal ink for certain indoor usage, such as curtains, as well as outdoor textiles and products including umbrellas.
- Also on display is the J-Cube KP Direct range, specifically designed for Kyocera print heads. As a direct digital ink, the J-Cube KP Direct is the ideal solution for textile applications that endure scrubbing and washing. With the capability to print double-sided onto many fabrics, the company’s patent EPS series allows equal colour penetration into the fabrics in direct-to-textile production and is the company’s most efficient ink.
Showcasing examples from high fashion apparel to heavy-duty interior furnishings, visitors will discover how J-Teck3’s sublimation inks offer guaranteed fast-drying, exacting image definition and vibrant colour concentration for light and heavy polyester fabrics.
