Exhibitors name Sign & Digital UK 2016 most successful show to date.

Hewlett-Packard, Hybrid Services/Mimaki, Roland DG, Perfect Colours, PrintMAX, GPT, Complete CNC, ITC, Blackman & White, MTEX, CMYUK, Vivid Laminating Technologies, Grafityp, Signwaves, Amaya, Radecal, and many others reported strong sales and footfall to their stands.

Organisors report a buying bonanza across all three days of this year’s show.

Well according to Sign & Digital UK, the leading exhibition for the sign making, display solutions and digital printing industry, this year’s exhibition was a resounding success, with a host of sales, product launches and new show features. It confirmed that plans are already underway for the exhibition’s 30th anniversary, with 42 per cent of the 2016 floor space already rebooked for 2017.

Landa is pulling no punches at drupa this year with the announcement of its lineup of offset quality Nanographic Printing® presses for the exhibition to include sheetfed presses running at 13,000 B1 sheets per hour as well as one meter-wide (41 in.) web presses printing on plastic packaging films. In addition, the company will also unveil Landa Nano-Metallography™, billed as a zero-waste metallization technology which Landa maintains will cut the cost in half of metallised printing compared to foil transfer processes.
